Information we collect
When you submit a case assessment, contact form or create an account, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, contact details, country, details of the incident and any documents you upload.
How we use it
We use your information solely to assess your case, communicate with you, provide the services you request and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Lawful basis & consent
We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent given at submission, and where necessary to perform services you request. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit. Case information and evidence are stored in access-controlled systems and are visible only to you and authorised staff. Sensitive administrative actions are recorded in an audit trail.
Sharing
We only share information with third parties (such as qualified legal professionals or investigators) with your agreement, or where required by law.
Retention
We retain case data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including U.S. state privacy laws such as the CCPA/CPRA where they apply, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing.
What we will never ask for
We will never ask for passwords, one-time codes (OTPs), bank PINs, seed phrases or private keys.
